Ingredients
4 Seelachs fillets
500 g carrots
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
150 g grated cheese (e.g., Emmental)
Instructions

Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds. Cook them in a pot with a bit of water for about 5 minutes until slightly soft but still firm.

In a small bowl, mix mustard, honey, butter, thyme, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth sauce.

Place the pre-cooked carrots in a baking dish and evenly pour the mustard-honey sauce over them.
