Ingredients
500g all-purpose flour
7g dry yeast
70g sugar
1 tsp salt
300ml milk
50g butter, softened
1 egg
150g dark chocolate, chopped
1 egg for brushing (optional)
Instructions

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, warm the milk, then add butter and egg, stirring until the butter melts.

Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until dough forms.

Knead dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1-1.5 hours.

Punch down dough, roll out to a 30×40 cm rectangle.

Evenly distribute chopped chocolate, leaving a small border. Roll tightly.

Cut into 12 pieces and place on a parchment-lined tray. Let rise for 30 minutes.
